Dear Sirs
When a customer buys a reputed Japanese branded Air Conditioner , DAIKIN , the least any customer expects is a decent after sales service.
Our Split Aircon has not been working for past few days , Our complaint number is ********
Despite numerous calls and follow ups , nothing is being done.
In the high heat , if one doesn’t use the AC , when would one use ???
It just shows bad management which one expects the least from a reputed Japanese brand .
It’s an extremely disappointing experience and plan to address this issue in the consumer forum .
