I have bought a Daikin *.* tonn ac from reliance digital in February ****. From the very beginning the ac was defective. There was no gas charging in it. When we were raising a complaint with Daikin they were not ready to take it upnas the item was bought from reliance digital. Reliance was least bothered to do any follow up and raise any ticket to resolve the issues. Finally after a lot of mental stress someone came and refilled the ac with gas. Still the ac was not cooling then again we were back to square one where no one was helping and instead were playing pass the parcel. In May beginning sa technician came and took the sensor of the ac stating it is defective. Though the ac was brand new, it already had * issues. Since may starting we are following up but not one came up to help. Finally today a technician brought a sensor which was for * tonn and obviously won’t fit for our *.* tonn. My question is they have my model number and the order details then why did the took * month to bring a mismatched part which was of no use. I stay in Hyderabad and bought the ac from reliance digital madinaguda
