Anu Tiwari filed complaint against Daikin air-conditioner on Jul 2, 2023
The Daikin AC doesn't cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has never worked more than ** days in the last five years.

Below is a brief history:
- **/**/**: AC Purchased
- **/**/**: No-cooling issue was raised.
- **/**/**: Gas Refilled. Service Order# ****
- **/**/**: No-cooling issue again. * meter of copper pipe was changed along with gas refilling. Service Order# ****
- **/**/**: No-cooling again. Service Order# *****
- **** summer: Again, no-cooling and gas leakage. No action is being taken due to the COVID lockdown.
- **/**/** to **/**/**: Service Order Nos. ***** and *****. The technician recommended a copper pipe change and a gas refill.
- **/**/**: Technician declared compressor as faulty
- **/**/**: Compressor changed and gas charging done (PFA the service order slip).
Current status: There is no cooling. AC doesn't cool at all.
Please find attached all the mentioned job sheets and purchase bills.
Such products and services from a well-established brand like Daikin are totally unacceptable. Please suggest why Daikin should not do the following immediately:
*. Replace the unit
*. Refund the losses that occurred to me
*. Refund charges for the inconvenience caused multiple times mentally, physically and financially
* The loss amount includes the price of AC, multiple technician visiting charges, my absence from work, masson, and painting work.
