ICICI Prudential Insurance - Term Policy lapsed but money is getting debited from my bank account

I purchased the term policy in October,**** but since I purchased a new policy I wanted to discontinue this as I can't effort to run * policies. The icici Prudential told they can't cancel it but I should stop paying. But the money is getting auto debited from my bank account sine I requested to cancel the policy in the month of June ****. The icici bank is telling to talk to Prudential and Prudential is telling to talk to icici bank. I am really harrased by these to departments for the last * to * months. Couple of times they have also credited back the amount deducted but this auto debited is not getting closed. I spoke to several people and have also written many emails in the last * months but in vain. Please help
