PUKHRAJ TAPARIA filed complaint against ICICI Prudential Insurance on Apr 7, 2019
I take a policy ******** from ICICI life prudential insurance company ltd. on **/**/** with premium amount Rs. *****/yearly. But same policy bond received after me after *.* months after many times emails, call this company. After I received this policy bond I check that its policy bond did not sign by me. Hence this reason ICICI Life Insurance company send me bond after *.* months. Policy bond sign by any other person by ICICI Insurance company with my name. (also attached bond sign paper here).
I have also a second policy with this company (policy no. ******** and I take it on Feb ** with the premium amount ******/yearly). This policy bond received to me, after ** days my payment has done and its sign of mine. (Also this attached here), but after now how I believe that I pay premium Rs.******/per year to continues ** years this company & this company refund my principal amount to me or my family from the company of this type after ** years.
I already mailed for cancelled my both policies to ICICI life Insurance, but they, not any reply & not solved my issues & not refund my money with Interest. Please help me with this regarding for cancelled my both policies & refund my amt. as per I pay to this company with interest & all bouns. amt.
In my policy no. ******** they cheat with me do by ICICI life insurance company fake signature, delivery of bond late over * months & not reply any of my emails, call & other & now not solved this issue, how I believe with this types fraud company in future.
Pls. take strong actions against these types of the company at your end & help us. We are coming middle-class family & ICICI life insurance types company cheat with us.
Please take action against ICICI LIfe prudential Insurance Company Ltd. so that they did not cheat with any customers in future. This is my humble request from you. If you require any more details by me. Please advise me.
