ICICI Prudential Insurance - ICICI life insurance not issue after 3 months

I have bought the Icici Prulife policy on **th May by submitting all the document and medical tests result and paid the full amount but it's been * months since I have been following up with them, I have written multiples mail and mad multiple calls.
The policy has been not issued till date, I have been wasting my time and energy on the followup but they don't seem to be bothered.
Please help me get my policy or full refund with * months interest.
