Max Life Insurance - Term plan cancellation in free look period not entertained

Sir,
This is to inform you that a customer executive of maxlife insurance mislead me in buying a policy. My application no. is *********. He assured me a term plan for a smoker and after I paid my premium which I was comfortable with, it is found that the policy is for non smoker. And on top of it I had mentioned some health issue several times which is also not quoted in the proposal form. It was his seflishness to increase his target by selling a wrong product to innocent poeople like us.
After enquiring about the policy I found out the premium I paid is for non smoker. In this case I had applied for the cancellation of my policy on **th nov ***** and get my money refunded as I am in free look period ie **days. But till now I havent got a response from them.
