Hdfc Life Insurance - Term insurance contract lapsed in last year

HDFC Life insurance issued for NRI.
*. * years automatic payment is done fine.
*. *th year the payment error started happening because of HDFC's portal issues (No fault from our side or our bank's portal which was HDFC).
*. On asking the renewal of the policy, unnecesary medical tests and other forms are being asked to fill. While taking the policy there were no medicals asked and now we are in middle of maturity of term insurance they create such issues and try to lapse the contract.
*. The problem of discontinuation of the payment was not from our end but from HDFC Life 's side. Why should I suffure and spend my time and money in getting the unnecessary medical done.
