BAJJURI KISHORE KUMAR filed complaint against Hdfc Life Insurance on Sep 25, 2020
I have a hdfc policy, i have made a payment on *th sep **** but it got failed, so again i paid it on *-*-**** this time it went through(becoz my policy due date was **th sep), payment was done with credit card so HDFC Life has charged me two times one for failure and other for success transactions, even after repeated calling/emailing they not solving the issue, other problem is my credit card payment is **/**(october) if they dont refund before that i will be charged interest on that daily basis, my complaint is i need my excess amount back along with credit card interest if they dont refund before **/**/****.
