Hdfc Life Insurance - HDFC Life not changing insurance nominee

Despite my repeated efforts and submission of the necessary documents, Bajaj Housing and HDFC Life has intentionally delayed the processing of this request for over * months. This delay is now on record.
Recently, after this prolonged delay, they have responded, shamelessly, with a refusal to process the nominee change. Additionally, they have refused to share an official refusal letter, which I find unacceptable.
I am the policyholder with policy number Master policy number: PP****** and Loan account number: ***HOP********, and I am writing to urgently request the change of nominee for my policy.
