India Post Department - temporary certificate of registeration

kuldeep motors sent TR letter signed by authority to me using india post speed post medium on **th jan.It was valid upto *th feb so I needed it on urgent basis. I reached to sultanpur HO on *st jan. But they unnecessarily redirect it to bharkhare post office with reason insufficient address. I went to bharkhare office but arun mishra guy sitting there refused to handover it to me with reason rules are rules. I consulted with postman that I can take it from bharkhare office still arun mishra the head refused me to take it at post office. Currently my TRC is expired and still I didnt get it. I will have to pay a huge amount to use it. Please take action against bharkhare office/arun mishra.
