I have registered a complaint against E* error in my recently purchased MARQ AC, which i purchased * months earlier . I have registered my complaint on **th November and was assured i will be assisted in ** hours .after *-* days i again called customer care for assistance , They said that they have registered and escalated the same . and will get visited by a technician within next ** hours. i have escalated this request almost * -* times and this no technician visit or response.
