Marq Ac By Flipcart - MarQ AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF INSTALLATION NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE VERY

I have ordered a *.* Ton * Star MarQ Air Conditioner by Flipkart on **.**.****. The AC was installed on **.**.**** by an engineer from RK Prime Technologies (Mob : **********) The cooling performance of the AC is not to the expected level on the same day of installation itself. When I enquired about the issue with the Engineer, he said me that since it was a new AC & the walls are yet to adapt for the cooling. Continue using the AC in ** degree celsius for * week & you will experience the cooling performance. On **.**.**** it stopped working & there was no cooling at all. I made a complaint with marq customer support team(*** ********). My complaint was registered & the next day Mr. Saran Raj (**********) visited, checked the AC and confirmed there was a GAS LEAK issue & the gas was dried out. Also he added that he needs to get approval for fixing the GAS LEAK issue. I was awaiting for his reply about the approval, but there was no update from Mr. Saran Raj. So, I called to Marq customer support (*** ********) again on **.**.**** & got a shockful reply that My complaint was closed, since there was no response from the customer. I was calling to Mr.Saran Raj & RK Prime Technologies continuously for updates, But there was no reply from the service centre, then How was my complaint closed stating this false reason. So, I called RK Prime Technologies * times on **.**.****. But there was no response once again. I was continuously receiving message that, MOSES(Call ***********, PIN ***) has been assigned for REPAIR of AIR CONDITIONER (Case ID : FLRM-***A*O-USEP*V-YC***S-WJQ*MLP). Please expect a call from him. But that person also not picking up the call. Finally, on **.**.****, a person came and he just refilled the gas & also stated that this was not a gas leak issue. Also, he was not sure about the issue. The AC worked till **.**.****. Again the same issue. There was no cooling at all. So I sent mail to marq, flipkart & also called marq customer support on **.**.****, daily & till today. Till now there is no response. No engineer visited or called me till now. I was very much embarrassed with your product, customer support & service centre team. Also I assure that I can submit all the relevant documents related to the above complaints with evidence. If you/they are unable to service the Air Conditioner, I request you to take back your product & refund my amount. Kindly provide justice for my issue.
