Sasikanth filed complaint against Marq AC by Flipcart on May 6, 2024
I am writing to file a complaint against Marq Jeeves regarding the repair service of my air conditioner. On April *th, I contacted Marq Jeeves to repair my air conditioner and paid a service charge of **** for the repair.
After inspection, Marq Jeeves informed me that the air conditioner was deemed "non-repairable" as per their Terms and Conditions. I requested clarification on the specific criteria used for this assessment and inquired about the standard availability period for spare parts for Marq air conditioners (considering my air conditioner is within the typical **+ year window where spare parts should be available).
Unfortunately, Marq Jeeves (Hemant) did not provide any specific details on the non-repairable criteria or confirm spare part availability. Instead, they suggested repurchasing a new air conditioner.
This situation is unacceptable for the following reasons:
I paid for a repair service that was not completed.
I am left with a non-functional air conditioner, causing significant inconvenience.
The suggestion to repurchase a new unit creates an unexpected financial burden.
Resolution Sought:
I request a full refund and for the service charge paid to Marq Jeeves since the repair was not completed. Also i need a compensation for waiting period.

Optional Information:
I am unaware of anyone at Marq Jeeves who can directly help resolve this issue. My previous communication was with Hemant, whose response was not satisfactory.
