Apple - Technical issue Wireless Charging and Wireless Airpods disconnection issue

I am facing with Wireless Charging and Wireless Air pods connectivity issue with my iPhone ** Mini, so the *st time when i visit apple authorized service center, they had checked both iPhone and Air pods then concluded no issue with Air pods, so they sent iPhone for the service depot at Bengaluru, after a week they returned iPhone with change for phone back body and closed the issue. But the issue is not resolved, I kept observing for * days and raised a complaint directly with the Apple support team, they suggested we had handed over the phone to the same service center to reopen the issue, therefore I submitted the back phone to the service center - it again went through service at Bengaluru Depot and returned with the conclusion as on issue, this time we verified phone at service center itself and observed issue is not resolved - same as Wireless charging issue and Air pods continuous disconnection issue while in calls, same has been agreed by Service center team and spoke to Apple support team again, they suggest to escalate the issue with service team and send back the phone for services again, now Apple services gain sent back iPhone stating no issue with the phone. Its been ** Days I submitted the phone to Apple, but the issue is not getting resolved, i have been running around the services centers all these days. I am looking for Genuine support who can resolve my iPhone issue. Because i lost hope and trust with Apple products
