I have booked a ticket in train number *****. I have received a message from IRCTC that the train will be diverted. Upon checking, I came to know that the train is getting diverted before my station and was reaching my source station, but at reaches very late. I have tried to file TDR online but it was giving me a message that wrong EFT selected. I have been trying from ** hours before the trains actual departure and contacted irctc multiple times. I have written to them and finally they helped me to file a TDR. I have received a message after * days that the TDR request has been repudiated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
