Hi my name is Anjan. I bought a TCL TV from showroom on December, ****, that didn't stand six months. However one day the TV stopped working. Took ** days to get someone to come and checked. He said Panel is gone, so should take a week to **days. Then we waited and no answer even after ** calls. Then when we called Customer Care, they said new TV replacement has been logged. We were taken aback as we didn’t have a clue. Then came rains over promises from every agent we called over the next (July) one month stating TV will reach maxxxx by July end but TCL will note it as priority and send early( we have some calls recorded as well) . Then came August with ** escalations, we even spoke to BLUELINE shipping and they confirmed TV will reach Monday to ware house but today (*rd August, ****) TCL customer Care again said another ** days. So, wuhooo... who wants a TV after * months and God knows how many days that would last. NEVER EVR BUY ANY TCL PRODUCT specially TV. I want my money back and I certainly DO NOT want a TV.
