TCL - TCL AC Issue not resolved for 3 months 110 days

I have bought an AC from TCL on **** (TCL *.* Ton * Star Inverter Split AC, **CSDV*S) and it had an issue with error message "E*" on the screen. I have raised a service request *n **/**/**** with TCL as I have warranty under Request No: IN************. Technician came and said it is an issue with the external unit and will fix it under warranty once he receive the new part in * week.

It has been * months+ (*** days) and nothing happened. I have made numerous calls, sent mails and all they tell me is you'll get a refund soon and the issue has been forwarded to the concerned team. I'm tired and almost */*rd of an year gone without them fixing AC. I even sent them Bank Account details and PAN card as they said refund is approved but it's all just promise and nothing happens. Please help me.
