I purchased a TCL TV from Flipkart which stopped working within the warranty period. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no technician visit, no repair, no replacement, and no refund. The issue has been dragged on for over a month with repeated case IDs and no resolution. I am seeking immediate action or refund.
