Mmt - Taxi stopped resulting flight miss

Booked taxi from Mmt for **/**/**** to Delhi Airport from Agra via expressway under booking id NC***************.The driver was new ,first time going to Airport ,taxi got stopped after crossing Jever toll ,tried starting the taxi but couldn't success, then tried stopping someone on the highway for help ,the Mmt driver begged me to pay Rs*** for taking petrol,I gave him ,we both sit in the tempo who stopped for help and he took us to near Pari chowk as Mmt driver said he need petrol ,by that I was getting late so the Mmt driver told me to catch the ride with the tempo and get your flight on time ,I tried getting taxi but couldn't found there it was raining also somehow got a taxi giving him Rs**** to take me to Airport and have to pay rs *** to tempo wala ,but by the time I reach the airport it was too late and they didn't allow me to board the flight.
Tried calling Mmt they mentioned they are working on my case, but so far called so many times they still working on it.
