Mmt - Online Flight Booking on MMT

It pains me in sharing that I have had very bad experience with MMT where not only I faced a lot of inconvenience but also monetary loss.

In brief, I booked online for a same day return flight Delhi-Pune and trusted that all was well. Before booking I ensured that the date was correct. When I reached Pune for the return flight I was told that my return date is not ** Feb **** but ** Mar ****. I was surprised and disappointed as I remembered entering the correct date and had urgent requirement to return back same day.

Now as it stood I did not have a return booking for * Feb, so I had to book for the whatever available seats and that turned out to be in Business Class. It came as a major shock as it did a big hole in my pocket.
I tried reaching out for the help-desk on the MMT Gurgaon (***********) number but its only a mechanical with no human interface with limited options. The TOLL free no when reached out was incorrect (************) as on dialing it says that'This sub-service number does not Exist'
I feel aggrieved not only for the inconvenience but also for the loss of Rs **,***?-. I further feel pained as MMT has no human interface to reach out to for the ** x * support claimed on the portal.
I am confident that due to technical issue of date selection on the portal I have faced loss of the said amount and look for redress of the same.
