I've purchased a lenovo laptop from tatacliq on **th of January and received it on **nd jan ****. I received a defective product from it and the laptop was sealed and provided me the DOA certificate by lenovo. But still tatacliq is not accepting the return as it's been more than * weeks. Not responding to the problem and making me to chase and follow up them always.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
