Faulty HP Printer deliverd to me. Raised return request next day of delivery but they are not helping me in return and Refund. So
don't purchase from TataCliQ. They send faulty product HP Printer. Although on website they had shown to have * day return policy. But even after raising a return request next day of delivery they are asking to call or visit the HP brand for getting service/repaired.

They do not care and are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I bought from them because two things worked in their favor, one they are an Indian Company and Two the Tata name. I received extremely bad service.
