tata voltas - tata voltas installation team not visiting for installation

sir i purchased a tata voltas AC on ** May ** in Nellore city and same day registered Ac installation but today i.e ** may ** there is nobody visiting the house for installation where as company claiming with in ** to ** hours for installation and service center also not responding please do needful.
