Tata Voltas - Product stop working no response from company

I purchased a new voltas ac from bajaj electronics Panjagutta on **-**-**** after two months the ac stopped working. I complain to customer care of Voltas. My complaint number is *********** on **-**-****. They send a person after four days and he could not find the problem. My problem is not resolved till and no response for my calls from voltas service centre persons. I faced a lot of problems for the last seven days without ac.
