Tata Voltas - complain against authorised dealer

hey! my self Abhishek singh.I purchased an * ton voltas window ac from kanpur cooling private limited, govind nagar,kanpur nagar on ** june **** and told them all about the location and also discuss the possibility of A/c to work with all the pictures of home where is to be fitted .they told me it will work .
After that technician cum installation man comes we ask them that is it work here he also says that it will work.
But after installation of A/c on window. A/c stop after * * minutes compressor shuts down he told that it will not work here because due to rise in temperature it is shutting down.Here only split A/C can work.
So i reached authorised service dealer to replace windows a/c to split A/c but thier response was horrible just like i purchase some *** rs plastic thing from road .
HOW CAN THEY DO THAT AND TALK LIKE THIS TO CUSTOMER ?
neither they give any suggestions nothing and after that this pathetic behaviour.
I want an action against dealer n replacement of a/c.
I am calling customer care each day * * hours but nobody is responding to my problem.
