Tatacliq.com - Tata Cliq Voltas Beko Dishwasher Return Issue

I ordered Voltas Beko * Places dishwasher from TataCLiq online and received the faulty/damaged product. After calling the customer support team and sharing all the details of the product and images substantiating proof. Technician visited and checked the product and validated that product is damaged and replacement needed. However, TataCliq is denying replacement/exchange of the product. They stated that they will return the product and refund the amount. Return pick-up was scheduled on *th June and courier company (Bluedart) called on *th June pick-up the product but canceled the ticket stating jurisdiction and since then no efforts made by Tatcliq to get the product returned and refund my money. Every time I call customer support, they say *-* days and this has been the case from *th june. My money is stuck and I want to order a new product. After making so many calls explaining my situation to TataCliq, they are not willing to expedite the request and mentally harassing by giving false excuses. This situation is really frustrating and causing lot of issues.
