Bharat Bhushan filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 4, 2019
I am the customer of the Airtel Dth No.**********. In the month of December ****, Airtel was offering me the pack of Rs.***/- per month with the all previous channels viewing to me for one year. After this date, I have continually recharged with this pack amount.
On ** Jan ****, I was recharged with Rs.***/-. But after **.**.**** Airtel stopped all channel viewing to me, but the debit continually the daily charges tariff and presently balance remain in this account is Rs. **.**. Deducted all amount without providing any service.
I have requested to the Airtel to kindly start my previously pack tariff Rs.***/- as committed for ** months, but the airtel not attend my requests and harassed me through compelling the recharge immediately through customer care calls.
Following compensations are required to be fine to the Airtel.
Reimbursement of the amount Rs. ***/-
Continue with the pack of Rs. ***/-
Harassment and mental tension creation charges Rs.*,**,***/-
You are requested to kindly fined the Airtel for harassment, cheating and mentally disturb the customer.
