Professional Courier - Tapal not delivered

I have sent a tapal which contains one Deposit receipt for Rs.***** and fresh deposit form for Rs.***** on *.**.** in the name of my wife S.Krishna veni vide consignment no MAA********* from Maduravoyal to M/s Thankamayil Jewellery Ltd, **/*, Palami Enclave, New Natham Road, Madurai ******. At the time of giving the tapal to the agency of Porur Branch on.*.**.** at **.** Noon after getting confirmation that the tapal will be delivered on the next day i.e *.**.**. I have paid Rs.** for courier charges.
But it has not been delivered till **.** noon of this day i.e *.**.**. I have contacted customer care, Poruthu branch of Professional courier but they are not able to give correct picture. Further they are hesitating to pick up the phone. When tried to verify the tracking details, it shows it is sent to Gundi office and no movement for the past * days.

I have sent a mail to them and received reply that they have forwarded the mail to Madurai and instruct them to deliver .

When contacted Madurai branch I understand that it has not reached there.

As a result they are not able to know the where about of the tapal.

Believing that the Professional courier is a big company and they will promptly deliver the tapal in time. But they are not properly responding to customer and does not care about the customer. I have finally sent a mail to RHO Professional courier stating that nobody is properly responding . But no reply.
I am worrying for the past * days and my age is **.

Under the circumstances,. I request for justice and compensation.
