I book my ticket on goibibo for air india flight AI-*** on **nd of December **** it was suddenly cancelled from the airline and shown the status in goibibo that cancelled, I look over the issue and got details that the arrival/destination county has imposed sudden lockdown for the public safety and travel restriction,
So the travel date was tomorrow I got the info a day before mean **st- December-****
The flight was from CHENNAI TO MUSCAT on **nd-december-**** at **:**
PNR NUMBER - JHJPT
TICKET NUMBER - ***-**********
REFUND APPLICATION NUMBER - **********
The refund was actually in the month of April-**** but now the status of refund again changed to 'awaiting refund approval' and 'expect refund by **th-June-****'
Due to cause of non-operational flight it affect severe to my family financially and also from the delay of refund from GOIBIBO.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
