AP Fiber Net - Taking extra charges

AP fiber net agent is charging **** for installation and router. And they asking us to return the router if do not recharge the plan for * or * months. If the router is returnable then why should they charging. In that case our money also returnable right. I paid **** rupees for installation,router and * months plan(*** rupees per month). In between the router is not working and asked them to change the router but again asking to pay extra amount. please take the serious action against them.
