Actually we have taken basic plan RS *** , not taken any extra channels but they are collecting extra **rs every month (***Rs/month) if I ask they are saying that they collecting extra amount for their food and electricity bill and petrol for their bikes.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
