Hi Team,
I have requested for AP fiber connection in January **** and paid deposit amount of ****. At that time i asked the connection with my name and they haven't done that and provided me someone else box. I didn't made recharge for * months so the person came and took the box by saying you give me call whenever you need the network so that i will get and fix it. He didn't inform about the charges that we need to pay during that time. Today when i asked for recharge they charged me extra **** RS for box and *** for service. Service provider is unable to explain why they are charging the extra amount, and he is arguing like do whatever you want no one will bother about the issue. Being a locellate he shouldn't behave like this with elder persons.
*. If some wire got cut in middle of the road, why we need to pay the service charge?
*. Why are you charging ****RS for this box?
*. As it is Govt provider why the printed/written bill is not given?
