I have finalized * property and no broker asked me for the tocken amount to book the property and I paid them immidiately and my moving date was between ** to ** Nov and theses time periods is over and I am continuously chasing them and asking them to do the rent agreement so that I can move to the property but every time they are giving me excuses and asking me to wait for tomorrow and as every body knows tomorrow never comes.
I have given notice periods to my current owner to vacant the flat between ** to ** Nov and ** Nov is passed and now owner is charging me **** per day.
I am asking no broker to cancel my booking and refund my money but they are not ready to give it back because according to them I am backing out.
They are not in their senses.they are expecting me wait till owner get available for rent agreement no matter how much time he takes.
Please help me out and filed a case agaist them to refund my money and my daily payment which I am paying to my previous owner.
