I have placed this order in swiggy in an offer segment where many outlets were available at that time so I ordered from the resturant called 'Jadu Kadai' but after ** minutes I got a notification that item is out of stock & when I'm checking again there is no other outlet available to order in that offer segment, it's swiggy & their resturant fault still they don't want to send same food in any other variant & don't want to arrange me any other food or compensate me so that I can order again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
