Jagruthi Divakaruni filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 5, 2019
Cable connection is not being provided for one month but the money got cut off daily. After giving the complaint, a technician named Harish has come and fixed it and collected *** Rs. But within two days we lost the cable connection again. As per Airtel Dth, paying *** once will have a free service for one month but Harish demanded and warned us saying if money is given only then I will come and if not given will remove the service but cutting off the wires. When we have complained about him to Airtel, they took no action on Harish but gave us fake promises that they will look into the issue. And as we did not have a connection, we asked to them to send another technician who did not turn up and when we ourselves called him, he was so rude and said I'm on leave, go and give complaint to anyone. I don't care. We kept calling Airtel people and informed the same to them daily but nobody came to help us but our money was cut off on a daily basis. No help from Airtel.
