Goetc Private Limited - Taken money for car cleaning service no service given and not refunding money

I paid a deposit for their doorstep car cleaning service, with the understanding that I would receive a refund if the service was unsatisfactory. They've repeatedly delayed the service and eventually sent a message saying they would refund my money. However, despite numerous reminders, I haven't received a refund in over three months. This company is clearly fraudulent, and their app and website should be taken down to prevent them from scamming more people.
