This is my complete details, till now problem has not resolved. Several time I talked with their trained customer care person They have been given only one answer " it vll be solved within * working days" same answer from firstday.
Several times given a complaint and talked to customer care also problem still open plz take up this issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
