Reliance Smart Bazaar - Taken 1 packet but billed 2 packet

I have purchased * packet of JK Poppy Seeds but billing was done for * packets of JK Poppy Seeds on date **-**-**** at Reliance Smart Bazaar of Keonjhar (Kashvi Mall, Mining Road), Odisha store. After paying the bill and clearing the security check when I checked the bill, I have realized that there was a extra packet billed. Immediately I went to store and complained about this and the security officer took the photo of bill and told that they will look into this. Next day again I went to store to know about the status of complaint, after long argument once again they told me that they will look into this. How many times customer will run after your officers to resolve this, please confirm.
