Indigo Airlines - tag removed and gold articles in check in baggage stolen

On *th I boarded the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad. Since it rained heaving I had inadvertently put a gold earring box containing three pairs of earrings in the checkin baggage. The tag was missing in the baggage I received in Hyderabad N I realized my earring were stolen. The indigo staff advised me to file a complaint by mail. I registered a police complaint and made complaints to indigo by mail n on Twitter but there has been no response.
