I had given working Tablet to Service Center just for factory software reset as had lost password lost on *rd Feb **** actual complaint was logged by service center on ****-**-** **:**:** When handed Over Tablet in perfect Physical condition as brand new as was always used in proper official protection covers. It was reachable on phone call and GPS over Internet from https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ using my Samsung official Account also reachable from my Gmail account for Android Account used on tablet till *th Feb **** till *:** PM After that.
My tablet has been unreachable and not seen in proper condition Service Center has Damaged the motherboard of tablet just for Software Reset and now asking for complete Motherboard Replace with my cost.
Which I do not agree to.
I have done Several Follow ups with company on all customer Service channel They are NOT agreeing to the negligence on Service Center Side, also not answering Questions what I have asked I need Justice for this and need my tablet in unlocked condition working condition or exact in the condition I have given to service center like
Call possible from tablet for the on Screen mobile number (I have call dialed records from mobile provider till *th Feb)
Ability to input password to open tablet (Samsung have the call recordings made to customer support for calls made on *rd Feb onwards till date but not sharing)
Reachable through Samsung website (I have screen shots from website till *th)
Very good physical condition, (preferably un opened sealed as was given only for software factory reset)
Following were the Question I have asked on all channels of the Company and not getting convincing response and clarity
Q*. Why the tablet is not reachable since after three days of submission to service center ?
Q*. Has service center has damaged the device and its mother board ?
Q.* Is there serious product issue with product, Samsung Tab S*+ Factory reset not possible on password lost ?
Q*. Simple Factory reset will need hardware change ?
Q*. Is such requirement/limitation mentioned clearly somewhere on product document/manual/website/invoice/EULA or any other device terms that customer accepts to ?
Q*. Could you please point me to such terms if they are?
Q*. Forget password is NOT "cost" effort and surely NOT Customer fault, it is either the Service Center team who has damaged the hardware or Engineering team to have such defect in product Please let me know which one is case ?
Q*. Why customer service and internal engineering of such large organization NOT accepting this as a MAJOR FLAW ?
Q*. Is the device in exactly same condition in which I had dropped to service center ?
Q**. I have shared some tab password combinations I recalled to Customer Service why they haven't reverted on the attempt ? have they have tried ?
Q.** One of call center executive also has asked my Samsung account credentials which I had shared and he also was able to trace and manage tablet remotely and had attempted few things from https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ from his side. ?Has he damaged the tablet
Q.**. Should I disable my SIM card as its still with Customer Service center
Q.**. Could you please share all the previous conversation recordings I had with customer service and call center which I can use for further reference for this matter
Q**. May I kindly request you to please share email IDs / contact information for your hierarchy whom I can escalate my genuine case for help in further resolution
