Swiggy - Swiggy using my email id for someone else order

Hello,
I've been receiving invoice emails multiple times from Swiggy for someone else's orders with my account.

I had complained to customer service multiple times , still no actions are taken.

Iam still not aware how can both accounts have my email id.
That too they are using my full name.

I want swiggy to delete their account and ban these peoples!
