SMARJIT DEBATA filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 23, 2021
The delivery boy called me and sounded very rude because I didn't respond to his calls few time as I was in a business meeting. To this, he could have rung the door bell and delivered to my family members. Whatever be the reason, misbehaving and sounding rude to customer is not acceptable. Such people spoil the reputation of Swiggy. Please do not take loyal customers for granted. Your customer support is also pathetic and they do not care at all.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
