I hope this email finds you well. I placed an order at **:** PM IST today, but unfortunately realized immediately that the wrong items had been selected due to network issues, App or a phone glitch while adding them to the cart. In my hurry, I cancelled the order within ** seconds upon noticing the error and overlooked the ₹** cancellation charges in the refund details—otherwise, I would have simply edited the order.
I have screenshots of the order timestamp (**:** PM) and cancellation timing, confirming it was less than a minute with no rider assigned.
I would be most grateful if you could kindly review this and process the full refund, Your prompt assistance would mean a great deal, and I eagerly await your positive confirmation.

And My other experience with same which was poor delivery and worst customer support.I am writing to escalate two recent incidents that reflect serious service lapses and poor customer support.
Order No: *************** (*nd September)
Placed at *:** PM with a promised delivery time of **–** minutes.
The ETA kept resetting to “* minutes” for over two hours.
At *:** PM, I attempted to cancel but was shown a message assuring delivery within ** minutes and a ₹*** coupon if I waited.
Delivery never happened. At *:** PM, I was offered a replacement with another **–** minute wait.
This delay occurred during a medical emergency involving my **-year-old mother and support was unresponsive. No lunch.
Order No: *************** (*rd September)
Similar delay pattern * minutes and thought of I might face the same experience.
Attempting to cancel triggered a warning of cancellation fees, despite the delay being caused by Swiggy.
If customers are expected to pay cancellation fees for delays on their end, how does Swiggy plan to compensate for delays and distress caused by its own service failures and with * support and resolution? Especially when it affects vulnerable individuals and time-sensitive situations.
Looking forward to a prompt and responsible resolution.
