Swiggy - Swiggy payment failure

I ordered food on swiggy on Jan **th ****, of amount Rs.***/-. Amount got deducted and showed as payment failure. Immediately I contacted to customer care, they told me that they will refund within *-* days.. After * days again I chatted with them they told me that check with bank. I contacted with bank also, they told that they didn't get any reference from merchant side. They asked me intiate from them side also, same i told with swiggy also . They didn't give any response, till now. If they make like this fraud, means never I will order in swiggy.
