I have ordered food from Swiggy on **th Jan **** which status to delivered at *:** am without food getting delivered. I had this ordered at my friend's place, so I raised complaint little later at *:** am . That is * hours * minutes
They are not refunding money ,let alone take some action against such delivery boys.
Swiggy has claimed that we will not consider your complaint as it is not made within *hours. So, basically they are telling me that will deny me refund because of * minutes.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
