I placed an order on Swiggy on ** th jan , where the phone upi payment was successfully done but The order failed . I coantactwd customer care they said it would be refunded back in *-* days but it’s more than a week and I have still not relieved the refund . I have contacted phone pe and my bank both confirmed the amount has successfully reached the merchant bank
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
