I have ordered a special chicken shawarma platter worth *** rs.
I have used a coupon worth ** rs to order it.
Unfortunately I got a wrong item that is some kind of veg roll valued ** rs.
My total bill was *** rs (shawarma) + ** rs ( packing ) + * rs (tax) - ** ( coupon ) = *** rs.
When i go for a refund they are refunding me only *** rs . Where did my ** rs worth coupon gone? Customer support says that there is no feature developed to add coupon account. Is that my mistake? Swiggy please give me proper justification.
I ordered food at * am ist and spoke with support team till *:** am ist to get justification . I skipped my dinner slept hungry the night because of a mistake from swiggy. They finally sent me a *** rs coupon code only and didn't even sent it to my account,
