The restaurant 'Amboli Spice' did not contain some items in the order, so they gave us option to cancel the order, so we cancelled it. Swiggy accepted the order cancellation and told us we will get refund within *-* working days. We didn't get the refund so we contacted Swiggy after a few days. They reinitiated the refund and said we will get the refund within **hrs. We still didn't get the refund. This process of contacting the Swiggy agent and reinitiating the refund happened more than * times. Every time Swiggy agents say it will be refunded with **-**hrs. Same story every single time but no resolution from Swiggy's side. We also suggested to pay us in our Swiggy wallet or with some coupon code, which Swiggy didn't accept. They are not providing any alternate means of payment which is easily doable. The amount is not a small amount but Rs****. Its their fault and they are not providing any alternate refund payment to help us. This issue has happened to many people online and Swiggy doesn't seem to take refund seriously otherwise this wouldn't be a repetitive problem for sooo many different people. Please help us.
