Cheesy Alfredo Pasta
*. The image that swiggy has posted on the swiggy app is completely different from what was delivered.
I'd placed an order for Alfredo Pasta. This was not my first order from Pizza Hut. There is usually a brown layer of thick cheese with all the veggies. But this time the whole top layer was missing. But there was remains of the top layer on the side walls of the aluminum box
*. The quantity shown on the app was not the same when delivered. Half the box is empty like someone had eaten half the box. In addition having remains of the top layer on the sides clearly indicated signs of being tampered with.
*. There was also no kind of SEAL on the package which might suggest that it could have easily been picked up from anywhere apart from Pizza Hut.
I raised a complaint with all the pictures to swiggy customer service. They said sorry and refused to refund the amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
